The first 500 members join before launch and get Self+ for €59 a year or €7,49 a month instead of the regular €19,99 a month. You always pay less than the regular price, for as long as your membership stays active. You also get 500 in-app tokens, a Founding Member badge, the private founding group, early access to the beta, a say in the roadmap, and 2 months of Pro for a friend.

Founding closes on 1 January 2027, or earlier when all 500 spots are gone. Until then, everyone who joins gets the founding price and every founding perk. After that, the regular price and perks apply.

Founding Year: €59 today, covering 1 January 2027 to 1 January 2028. Founding Monthly: nothing today. Your first €7,49 is charged on 1 January 2027.

Yes. Monthly: cancel before 1 January 2027 and you pay nothing. Year: cancel anytime. It won't renew, and you keep access until the end of the year you paid for.

Monthly members are never charged. Founding Year members get a full refund.

Only that you showed up: your daily check-in. Your numbers stay private, like your weight, nutrition, sleep and score details. A crew is optional. Self+ works fine on your own.
